Water Intake/Water Quality

Water is one of the most important ingredients to the health of our bodies. We need to have the proper quantity (amount) and quality of water to achieve optimal balance and performance.

This is even more important if you suffer from high blood pressure, heart disease or occlusive vascular disease.

Lack of good quality water can contribute to blood sludge. Blood sludge occurs when the minerals and the fats in the blood start to condense. Catastrophic health consequences (first high blood pressure, then stroke, heart attacks, blood clots) are the result.

To help guard against blood sludge, you should drink 2 to 3 glasses of water in the morning before eating anything. This will dilute your system and perhaps avoid a catastrophic event.

Water quality is important. You should drink a good quality spring water from a reliable source (Poland Springs, Great Bear, and some other brands are recommended) If the water has chlorine, fluoride, aluminum and other unhealthy minerals in it this will worsen the sludging problem.

Filtered water is better that tap water, but filtered water has the following problems.

  • Filtered water can only take out bad minerals; it cannot replace the good minerals.
  • Filtered water does not change the PH of the water (water should optimally be a PH of 7.0 and above.
  • Most filtering systems do not remove aluminum (the exception to this would be reverse osmosis or ion exchange filters).

DRINK 2-3 GLASSES OF WATER FIRST THING EVERY MORNING
