Shipping Policy:

• Order Processing Time: We typically process orders within 3-5 business days*.

• Shipping Notification: You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order ships.

• Shipping Insurance: Our shipments are not insured. We will not be able to provide assistance if your package is lost, stolen, or undelivered. In the event of a delivery anomaly, you will need to work directly with the carrier for resolution.

Return Policy:

We understand that sometimes returns may be necessary. Here are the details of our Return Policy:

• Eligible Products: Products and supplements must be in an unopened package to be eligible for return.

• Return Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.

• Non-Refundable Items: Liquid supplements are non-refundable. Additionally, shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

• Restocking Fees: There is a restocking fee applied to returns. For most products, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the price of the return. However, air purifying products require a 15% restocking fee.

• Exemptions and Evaluation: All returns are subject to exemptions and evaluation by management. We will assess the condition of the returned items to determine if they meet our return policy criteria.
