The minimum is usually $50. Gift certificates are non-refundable and non transferable to another person.
Arrive 20 minutes prior to your first visit to complete a health history form, to undress, and to drape. Depending on the services you are scheduled for, you may have a form to fill out prior to your appointment. Some of our forms can be found online by clicking here.
The rule of thumb in spa is 15% to 20% of the cost of services. However tipping it’s not an obligation, but sign of a appreciation that the therapist has provided you a good service.
Products cannot be returned if opened or damaged.
Due to the high demand for VI Peel application services we offer, our service providers prepare treatment rooms and products in advance for each client. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please let us know at least two(2) business days prior to your scheduled appointment. We reserve the right to charge a $100 deposit prior to your appointment, which is not refundable for NO SHOWS and for appointments not cancelled within the aforementioned time frame. Returning patients will be subject to a $35 cancellation fee unless 2 business days advanced notice is given. No-shows will be charged a $50 fee. If you find that you are unable to keep your appointment date, please let us know as soon as possible.
