What You Should Know

Attire – wear casual attire to easily slip off and on without fussing

Cancellation – Clients must give 24 hours notice or $25 fee will be charged.

Children – Children under 16 must have written consent from parent or guardian to receive spa treatments.

Gifts Certificates – The minimum is usually $50. Gift certificates are non-refundable and non transferable to another person.

Punctuality – Arrive 20 minutes prior to your first visit to complete a health history form, to undress, and to drape. For doctor’s appointment arrive 15 minutes to fill out health history form.

Tipping – The rule of thumb in spa is 15% to 20% of the cost of services. However tipping it’s not an obligation, but sign of a appreciation that the therapist has provided you a good service.

Products – Products cannot be returned if opened or damaged.
